About Position:

Join Persistent's Behavioural Learning team and play a strategic role in enabling workforce capability through impactful communication, behavioural, and professional skills programs. You will partner with business leaders to identify learning needs, design scalable solutions, facilitate high-impact interventions, and measure learning effectiveness to drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

- Enable workforce capability through high-impact learning interventions.
- Design and facilitate engaging behavioral, communication, and managerial skills programs.
- Develop learning journeys, content, microlearning’s and digital learning solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to address capability needs.
- Measure learning impact and continuously enhance learner experience.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to deliver engaging, scalable learning experiences.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Passionate about enabling people growth through impactful learning experiences and measurable behavior change.
- 5-10 years of experience in behavioral, communication, or soft skills training.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills.
- Experience in instructional design, content development, and authoring tools like Articulate 360.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into learning solutions.
- Experience measuring learning effectiveness and demonstrating business impact.




- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and platforms.
- Certifications in psychometric assessments and experience with Assessment & Development Centres will be an added advantage.
