Responsibilities

- Preparation of Sessions: Prepare sessions using training guidelines and applicable program materials

- Conducting Classes: Conduct classes as per the designated schedule and methodology.

- Ensuring Student Attendance and Participation: Ensure student attendance and encourage active participation in the sessions.

- Counseling Students and Parents: Provide counseling to students and parents as needed within the community.

- Maintaining Progress Reports: Maintain progress reports for students, handle internal Management Information System (MIS) tasks, and generate day-to-day reports. Identify and document case studies.

- Student Mobilization and Infrastructure Support: Assist in student mobilization within the nearby community. Support the center in maintaining infrastructure and documentation.
