About The Role

We are looking for a Trading Product Specialist with strong knowledge of trading and technical analysis to support our high-value trading courses and products.

This role will work closely with top trading experts and users to ensure that complex trading concepts, strategies and indicators are clearly understood and effectively delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a strong understanding of trading strategies, technical analysis, indicators and course content.
- Understand the logic, application and limitations of trading indicators and strategies taught by our teachers.
- Provide technical assistance and doubt resolution to users enrolled in high-AOV courses/products.
- Understand user queries deeply and provide technically accurate explanations.
- Work closely with experts to understand their methodologies and clarify complex concepts.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies or areas of improvement in course content, indicator functionality and product delivery.
- Consolidate user feedback and communicate meaningful insights to experts and the internal team.
- Build internal knowledge resources around courses, strategies and indicators.

What We're Looking For

- 0-2 years of strong practical understanding of trading and financial markets.




- Good knowledge of technical analysis, chart reading, indicators and trading strategies.
- Ability to understand and explain complex trading concepts in simple language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with TradingView or similar platforms is a plus.
- NISM certification or relevant trading experience is an added advantage.
