We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven skilled to join our Trade Operations team.

Role Purpose To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of trades across all exchanges, including trade upload, Obligation generation, Bill posting, contract note generation, reconciliations, exception management, and stakeholder query resolution in accordance with regulatory and internal operational requirements.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Process and validate trades across all segments, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely completion of end-of-day activities.
- Generate, verify, and dispatch contract notes within regulatory timelines and maintain audit logs.
- Handle and resolve client/ CS queries relating to contract notes, client bills, trade obligations, charges, and other transaction related details.
- Ensure compliance with exchange, regulatory,



and internal SOP requirements while supporting audits, MIS reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding back-office system, ensuring accurate master maintenance and ensure reconciliations of all statutory charges on a day-to-day basis.
- Tracking all regulatory changes, initiating necessary developments in system and performing UAT.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Capital Market Operations, Trade Processing of cash/ derivatives and Custody Operations.
- Sound knowledge of Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives and other secondary market segments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to manage large-volume data reconciliations and exception handling.
