Responsibilities

- Handle TPA and insurance patient admissions and billing.
- Process pre-authorization and approval requests.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPA representatives.
- Prepare and submit complete claim documents.
- Follow up on pending approvals and claim settlements.
- Verify patient documents, insurance details, and billing information.
- Coordinate with hospital billing, medical, and front-office departments.
- Maintain proper records of TPA/insurance cases.
Requirements
- Eligibility Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital/TPA/insurance department.
- Graduate preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of hospital billing and insurance procedures will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
