GoOnNexTrip® is looking for an experienced and responsible Tour Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of travel operations, destination coordination, hotel bookings, transportation, and itinerary planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently design and create customized travel packages.
- Arrange hotels, transportation, sightseeing, activities, guides, and other services.
- Coordinate directly with hotels, transporters, DMCs, and local vendors.
- Use existing vendor contacts to negotiate competitive rates.
- Prepare complete itineraries and package quotations.
- Calculate package costing and maintain healthy margins.
- Handle bookings, confirmations, and coordination from start to finish.
- Manage operational issues during the customer's trip.
- Build and expand the company's vendor network.




- Work closely with the sales team to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentive Per Confirmed Package

Requirements:

- 6 Months 1 years of experience in Tour Operations / Travel Package Development.
- Robust knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations.
- Existing vendor and supplier contacts will be highly preferred.
- Ability to independently create packages from scratch.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of hotel, transport, sightseeing and activity pricing.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and operations independently.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
