We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Graph Engineer / Semantic Web Developer to design, develop, and integrate enterprise metadata and ontology models using TopBraid EDG and W3C semantic standards. The ideal candidate will bridge semantic data modeling with backend microservices engineering to deliver production-ready Knowledge Graph solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain enterprise semantic knowledge graph models using RDF, OWL, and SHACL constraint shapes in TopBraid EDG.

- Develop, optimize, and test complex SPARQL queries and rules for data extraction, reasoning, and metadata management.

- Build and maintain integration pipelines, microservices, and REST/GraphQL APIs using Java or Python to connect TopBraid EDG with upstream/downstream enterprise systems.

- Establish metadata governance workflows, data lineage, business glossaries, and reference data management within TopBraid EDG.

- Collaborate with data governance leads, domain ontologists, and technical architects to translate functional requirements into robust graph schemas.

Required Technical Qualifications:





- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 2-3 years dedicated to semantic technologies and Knowledge Graphs.

- Robust hands-on experience working directly with TopBraid EDG (or equivalent semantic graph platforms like Stardog / GraphDB).

- Expertise in W3C semantic web standards: RDF, RDFS, OWL, SPARQL, and SHACL.

- Proficient backend programming skills in Java or Python for building enterprise APIs and integration microservices.

- Solid understanding of metadata management, enterprise data governance, data cataloging, and ontology modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Property Graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune).

- Experience exposing Knowledge Graphs as a Service (KaaS) or integrating graphs with LLM/GenAI pipelines (e.g., GraphRAG).

- Consulting or client-delivery experience in a global delivery environment.
