Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and professional Ayurveda Therapist to join our wellness team in Gurgaon. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Ayurvedic therapies and a strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality treatments and excellent client care.

Responsibilities

- Perform Ayurvedic therapies and treatments according to established protocols.
- Prepare treatment rooms, oils, herbs, and equipment before and after treatments.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and maintain a professional treatment environment.
- Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Explain basic pre- and post-treatment care to clients.
- Maintain treatment records and communicate client feedback to the Ayurveda Doctor/Senior Therapist.
- Coordinate with doctors and other team members to ensure quality patient/client care.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of therapy rooms and equipment.

Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Ayurveda Therapy, Panchakarma, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.




- Hands-on knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies and massage techniques.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic oils, herbs, and basic treatment procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, professional, well-groomed, and client-focused personality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an Ayurvedic clinic, wellness centre, spa, hospital, or resort.
- Practical experience in Panchakarma therapies.
- Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic lifestyle and wellness practices.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills.
