Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Textile Designer role based in Panipat.

The Textile

Designer will develop original designs for bed linen collections, including prints, patterns, and embroidery concepts, aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal themes. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating artwork, preparing design files for production, selecting materials and colors, and collaborating with the product and merchandising teams to translate design ideas into manufacturable products.



The role also involves researching trends in textiles and home décor, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency in quality and style across collections.

The Textile

Designer will work closely with manufacturing partners to review samples and support timely product development.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Embroidery and Textile Prints for home linen design
- Knowledge of Textiles, including fabric types, construction, and finishes
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw and Illustrator for creating digital artworks and layouts
- Relevant experience in textile or surface pattern design for home furnishings is preferred
- Ability to translate trend research into commercially viable designs
- Comfort working in office in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Panipat
- Diploma or degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Attention to detail, strong color sense, aesthetic sense and good communication skills
