Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced Test Environment Manager who is responsible for the end-to-end monitoring and maintenance of all non-production IT environments (Development, Testing, Staging, UAT). This role ensures high availability, stability, and integrity of software environments across the cross-function application platform, minimizing downtime and deployment friction for development and QA teams.
Responsibilities:
- Environment Health checks: Check Status of Health check results of the Environment for the day and take necessary actions by coordinating with Support teams.
- Release & Deployment Coordination: Collaborate with development and QA teams to schedule through environment booking and coordinate code deployments, Environment refreshes, and patch management across environments.
- Issue, Incident & Problem Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for environment-related issues, outages, performance bottlenecks and coordinate with support teams to resolve issues, and Drive teams for root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Knowledge Base: Keep all issues thoroughly documented and build a comprehensive Knowledge Base to streamline future troubleshooting and onboard new team members efficiently.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT environment management, DevOps, release Management, or systems administration within a complex enterprise setting.
- SDLC Expertise: Hands-on experience working across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial planning and development through to testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Client-Facing & Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of interacting directly with external clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership to gather requirements, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to operate as a strong individual contributor who excels at coordinating with disparate cross-functional team to drive environment readiness
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Experience in Change, Incident and problem management flows
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
