Role & responsibilities
- Drive channel sales growth across the assigned region.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard dealers, distributors, and network partners within the designated territory.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen dealer and distributor relationships to maximize business performance.
- Handle territory sales for TMT bars and steel products, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Leverage robust local market exposure and in-depth territory knowledge to expand market presence and business opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile 4+ Years of exp in retail sales Building material /Steel/ Cement / Paint etc
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E ( any Engineering)
