Role Description The Territory Manager – Critical Care is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for driving sales and market development of critical care products within the assigned territory, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.

Daily activities include engaging with healthcare professionals, conducting product presentations and trainings, managing key accounts, and ensuring timely follow-up to support clinical and commercial needs. The role involves monitoring territory performance, implementing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain to meet revenue and growth targets.

Manager also gathers market insights, maintains accurate records of field activities, and upholds ethical, compliant practices aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in case management and social services, with the ability to coordinate patient-centric solutions and support critical care pathways.
- Experience in training healthcare staff and stakeholders, including delivering product education and conducting clinical or operational workshops.
- Knowledge of elder care and related support services, with sensitivity to the needs of older adult patients in critical care settings.
- Background in medicine or health sciences, enabling effective communication with clinicians and understanding of critical care therapies.
- Proven sales or territory management experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, preferably in critical care or acute settings.
- Solid relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse healthcare stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple accounts, and use CRM or similar tools for planning and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related discipline; an advanced healthcare or business qualification is an advantage.
