NOX DESIGNS is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tender Manager to join our team.

Position: Tender Manager

Location: [Kolkata / Guwahati / As applicable]

Experience: 7–12 years

Industry: Interior, Exterior, Façade, Fit-Out & EPC Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete tendering process from enquiry to submission.
- Study and analyse Tender Documents, BOQ, Drawings, Specifications and Scope of Work.
- Prepare accurate BOQ, rate analysis, cost estimates and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors and subcontractors for tender-related requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and negotiate competitive rates.
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions, deviations and commercial risks in tender documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial submissions as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project, Planning, Purchase and Accounts teams for costing and finalisation.
- Prepare comparative statements, rate analysis and tender summaries for management approval.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, revisions, negotiations and awards.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, client meetings and commercial negotiations when required.
- Follow up with clients for tender clarifications,



negotiations and order finalisation.

Candidate Profile:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
- Strong experience in interior fit-out, façade, aluminium/glass works, ACP, ceilings, flooring and MEP-related works will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis and costing.
- Valuable understanding of drawings, specifications and contractual terms.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders within strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and relevant estimation/tendering software.
- Experience in airport, commercial, hospitality, corporate or large-scale infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹30000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 7:00 PM
