Tender Executive / Tender Specialist Pharmaceutical Industry

We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Tender Executive/Tender Specialist with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry to manage end-to-end tender operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling government and private tenders, bid preparation, documentation, and e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete tendering activities for pharmaceutical products.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
- Handle RFQ, RFP, RFx responses, quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
- Work on GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams for timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain and track tender status, amendments, and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare pricing comparisons and support contract management activities.




- Handle vendor registrations and maintain tender-related databases.
- Monitor awarded and lost tenders and prepare MIS reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance customer response efficiency.

Required Skills

- Experience in Government and Private Tender Management.
- Knowledge of GeM Portal and e-Procurement portals.
- Understanding of RFQ, RFP, RFx, and bid documentation.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 1-7 years
- Industry: Pharmaceutical Industry (Mandatory)
- Education: B.Pharm, B.Sc, B.Com, MBA, or any relevant graduate degree.
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical tendering and institutional business will be preferred.
