About the Role

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the complete tender and bidding process for corporate and government projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, preparing required documents, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of technical and financial bids.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable handling both documentation and field-related work.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and corporate tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents,



eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and submission conditions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect the required technical, commercial, financial, and company documents.
- Support the team during pre-bid meetings, site visits, document collection, and other field activities.
- Monitor tender results and maintain a database of successful and unsuccessful bids.
- Coordinate with management regarding pricing, commercial proposals, and final submissions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication throughout the bidding process.
