Role Description The Tender Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Tender

Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, collecting and analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to prepare accurate proposals and bids. Day-to-day tasks include managing tender timelines, compiling technical and commercial documentation, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria,



and maintaining tender-related records and databases. The role also involves communicating with clients and government or private agencies as needed, supporting negotiation processes, and contributing to process improvements for bid management.

The Tender

Executive will collaborate closely with sales, finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and competitive submissions.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in tender management and bid preparation, including document review, compliance checks, and proposal drafting.
- Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and maintaining organized records and reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of government and private procurement processes, e-tender portals, and basic contractual terms.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; experience in tendering or bid management is an advantage.
- Understanding of technology, drones, aerospace, or defense sectors is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
