About the Role The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of tender regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Analysis:

- Monitor tender portals and publications for relevant opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents to understand requirements, scope, and eligibility criteria.

Documentation & Submission:





- Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations) for necessary inputs.

Process Management:

- Maintain tender trackers and ensure timely submission of bids.
- Handle pre-bid queries and clarifications with clients.
- Assist in post-tender activities like negotiations and contract finalization.

Compliance & Record Keeping:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all tenders submitted and outcomes.
