Job Responsibilities

- Handle complete tendering process on GeM, CPPP, IREPS and other Government Procurement Portals.
- Search, evaluate and analyze Tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs and NITs.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical/commercial bids and compliance sheets.
- Prepare and manage declarations, undertakings, OEM authorization, EMD exemption and other tender documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing, technical documents, authorization letters and certificates.
- Upload and submit bids within deadlines and track tender status.
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, negotiations, LOA/PO and post-bid documentation.
- Maintain proper records of all tenders, submissions and results.

Required Skills




- Hands-on experience with GeM and Government/PSU tender portals.
- Positive knowledge of RFP, RFQ, BOQ, NIT, SOW and tender terms & conditions.
- Excellent MS Excel & MS Word skills.
- Good drafting, documentation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Minimum Exp - 2+ Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Preferred: Candidates with experience in Government/PSU, Drone/UAV, GIS, Surveying, IT or Technology tenders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
