Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Kanpur Nagar.

The Telesales

Representative will contact potential and existing customers by phone, introduce UREKHA AI products and services, and clearly explain features, benefits, and pricing. Daily tasks include following up on leads, managing call lists, responding to customer inquiries, and documenting interactions in the CRM or other tracking tools. The role involves qualifying prospects, generating sales opportunities, closing deals when appropriate, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

The Telesales

Representative will collaborate with sales and customer support teams, participate in training sessions,



and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic written documentation ability.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive, professional customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as lead qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques, ideally in telesales or inside sales environments.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn product information quickly and apply guidance from coaching and sales enablement resources.
- Comfort with using phones, basic computer tools, and CRM or call management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur Nagar, follow structured workflows, and meet performance targets.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
