1–5 Years (Freshers with excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.)

Age Limit :- 35-50

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Search, analyze, and participate in Government tenders.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Upload quotations, bids, and required compliance documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs, customers, and internal departments for tender-related activities.
- Maintain tender records, bid status, and contract documentation.
- Track tender opportunities, amendments, and results.
- Ensure compliance with GeM, e-procurement, and government procurement guidelines.
- Prepare comparative statements, costing, and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on purchase orders, agreements, and payment-related documentation.

Required Skills
- Experience with GeM Portal and e-Tendering.
- Good knowledge of Government procurement procedures.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.




- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or Computer Applications preferred).
