Real Estate Tele Sales Executive – TAV Realty

TAV Realty is a growing residential real estate advisory and distribution company in Trichy, specializing in residential plots, layouts, apartments, villas and resale properties.

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales / Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads received through digital marketing, property portals, WhatsApp and other sources.
- Make outbound calls and understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type and purchase timeline.
- Explain suitable properties and answer customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads and convert genuine prospects into site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled site visits.
- Update lead status, customer information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up and site-visit targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and interested in sales.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and CRM knowledge.
- Willing to work from the office in Trichy.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, real estate, banking, insurance or customer service is an advantage.

Salary & Incentives ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + performance incentives

Incentives are linked to performance, qualified leads, site visits and successful conversions.
