Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Executive with prior experience in the finance, loan, banking, NBFC, or financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding loan and financial services.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and processes to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about available financial services.




- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication until conversion.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for documentation and loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure professional and ethical communication with customers at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in loans, finance, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- Good knowledge of loan products and financial services.
- Solid verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and effectively close leads.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Hindi and English communication is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
