Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Ahmedabad. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Equinoxx Creative Academy's courses, qualify leads, and promote relevant offerings. Daily responsibilities include explaining service benefits, addressing initial inquiries, and scheduling appointments or follow-up meetings for the sales or business development team.





The role involves maintaining accurate call records in CRM or call logs, following scripts and guidelines while adapting to caller needs, and meeting call volume and conversion targets. The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, provide feedback from customer interactions, and contribute to a positive brand experience in every call.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage diverse clients professionally and build rapport over the phone.
- Customer Service and Sales abilities to understand client needs, handle objections, and support conversion of leads into opportunities.
- Appointment Scheduling and follow-up skills to coordinate meetings efficiently and manage calendars or CRM entries accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with telecalling tools or CRM systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and meet daily performance targets.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and Gujarati.
