Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer and Marketing role based in Delhi/Kotch India. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce Aryatech’s engineering, consultancy, and training services, and to promote partner software solutions. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling meetings or demos for the sales and technical teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and following up on inquiries to support the sales pipeline.





The role also includes assisting with marketing activities such as coordinating email campaigns, updating contact databases, supporting event or webinar outreach, and gathering market feedback to improve communication strategies. The telemarketer is expected to collaborate with sales, training, and technical staff to ensure consistent messaging and contribute to achieving business development targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with clients over the phone and in person.
- Candidates should possess telemarketing, cold calling, and lead generation skills, including the ability to qualify prospects and handle objections effectively.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing skills such as email outreach, social media coordination, and support for promotional campaigns and events.
- Candidates should possess good organizational, time management, and documentation skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and CRM data accurately.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software; exposure to technical or engineering services marketing is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field, and show willingness to learn about marine and offshore engineering services.
