nRole Overview

nAs a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with healthcare professionals and businesses over the phone, introducing MediVoy's services and supporting the onboarding of healthcare partners.

nThis is an entry-level prospect where you will gain practical exposure to healthcare business development, partner onboarding, communication and customer relationship management.

nKey Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to pharmacies, doctors, clinics and other healthcare partners.
n
- Introduce MediVoy and explain our healthcare and online pharmacy services.
n
- Identify and connect with potential pharmacy and healthcare partners.
n
- Support the onboarding of pharmacies, doctors and healthcare service providers.
n
- Follow up with interested partners and maintain regular communication.
n
- Explain partnership benefits and answer basic queries.
n
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
n
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to move interested leads towards onboarding.
n
- Achieve assigned calling and partner onboarding targets.
n
- Build professional relationships with healthcare partners.
n

- Freshers who have completed their graduation in 2025 or 2026.

- Candidates who are comfortable working from office.

- Candidates who are confident and comfortable with cold calling and outbound calls.

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English are required.

- Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam will be an advantage.

- Energetic, confident and willing to learn.

- Interest in healthcare, business development, sales or client communication is a plus.

- Candidates who are comfortable working with targets and follow-ups.
