Job Role: Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO)/Telecallers

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Contact potential customers and explain the company's financial products.

✅ Generate and qualify leads.

✅ Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

✅ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.

✅ Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.

✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.





✅ Maintain customer records in the CRM.

✅ Coordinate with Sales & Operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
