Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to parents and prospective students
- Understand parents’ requirements, concerns and mindset
- Explain our academic programs and guide parents accordingly
- Build a valuable conversation and pitch the right program
- Follow up with interested parents
- Maintain proper call and lead records
- Achieve assigned monthly targets
Requirements
- Bengali and English communication skills are compulsory
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills
- Confident personality with a strong sales pitch
- Comfortable with target-based work
- Ability to handle follow-ups and conversions
- Telecalling, sales or EdTech experience will be an added advantage
- Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply
