Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tender Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Tender

Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, collecting and reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information. The role involves preparing tender proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Executive will maintain tender trackers, follow up on submissions, update management on tender outcomes, and support negotiation activities when required.



Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records, working with sales and operations teams, and supporting customer communication related to tenders and bids.

Qualifications

- Strong tender management skills, including tender search, document review, bid preparation, and submission tracking.
- Proficiency in documentation and data management, including maintaining tender records, preparing reports, and organizing supporting materials.
- Solid communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with sales, technical, and operations teams, as well as external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of industrial products such as filters, strainers, heat exchangers, and related equipment, with willingness to learn technical specifications.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, email) and online tender portals or procurement platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree or diploma in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in tendering, sales support, or industrial supply is an advantage but motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
