Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecaller role based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to inform prospective learners about management and distance education programs, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities include responding to queries, explaining course details and fees, maintaining accurate call records, and updating lead information in the system. The role involves following up with interested candidates, coordinating with counselors for appointments or further guidance,



and meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets. The Telecaller will work closely with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all prospective learners.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently on calls.
- Customer service and counseling support abilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and a helpful, professional manner.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills, with experience using CRM or call management systems considered an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage high call volumes and follow up on leads systematically.
- Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, sales, or education counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any field is an added advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
