Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Provide skilled customer support.
Qualification
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate
Experience:
- 1 year of experience required
