Job Overview

Kotylidon Lab Private Limited is looking for motivated and professional candidates to join our team as Telecaller / Voice Process Executives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the telephone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, handling queries, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

This is a non-target-based role, making it suitable for candidates who are looking to build their career in customer communication and voice processes. Freshers are welcome to apply, and appropriate training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Respond to customer queries and assist with basic concerns.
- Communicate company products and services clearly and accurately.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever necessary.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Follow established company policies, processes, and communication standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
