Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers from the showroom database and generate leads.

- Contact prospective customers regarding two-wheeler enquiries, offers and test rides.

- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in vehicles.

- Explain vehicle models, features, pricing, finance options and ongoing offers.

- Schedule test rides and showroom visits.

- Follow up with customers until enquiry conversion or closure.

- Maintain accurate customer details and call records.

- Make follow-up calls to existing customers for service, renewal and other customer requirements.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide necessary information.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team and update the status of leads.

- Achieve daily/monthly call and lead-generation targets.

- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Skills Required

- Valuable communication skills in Tamil & English.

- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good follow-up and convincing skills.

- Customer-oriented attitude.

- Ability to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
