Globetrek Expedition is hiring a Tele-Caller for our Dwarka, Delhi office.

This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to start a career in travel. You'll work directly on live client calls, learn how a growing travel agency operates day to day, and build the communication and sales instincts that carry into higher roles later.

Role: Tele-Caller

Location: Dwarka, Delhi (On-site)

Experience: Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (Fixed)

What you will do

◆ Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective travel clients

◆ Understand client requirements accurately and qualify leads for the sales team

◆ Follow up consistently until each enquiry is resolved or converted

◆ Maintain clear, organised records of every call and follow-up

◆ Coordinate with the team to ensure no enquiry goes unattended

What we are looking for

◆ Clear, confident communication in Hindi and English

◆ Comfort speaking with current people on the phone, including cold outreach

◆ A fast learner who can absorb product and process knowledge quickly

◆ Based in the Delhi NCR region, with the ability to commute to Dwarka daily
