Role Description The telecaller role at ETRUCKLOAD LOGISTICS PVT LTD is a full time, on-site position based in West Delhi. In this role, the telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to existing and potential clients, share information about transportation and logistics services, and respond to queries regarding freight options, pricing, and shipment status.

The telecaller will maintain call records, update customer details in internal systems, and coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure accurate information is provided to clients. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, confirming booking details,



addressing basic service-related concerns, and supporting customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication. The role may also involve assisting with basic administrative tasks related to bookings and customer follow-up.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Customer service capabilities such as handling inquiries, resolving minor issues, and maintaining a courteous, solution-focused approach.
- Basic computer proficiency, including using call logs, spreadsheets, and CRM or booking systems to record and track customer interactions.
- Organizational skills for managing call lists, scheduling follow-ups, and keeping accurate, up-to-date records of customer conversations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment, collaborate with operations teams, and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred; experience in transport or logistics is an added advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, commerce, or related fields is beneficial.
