Role Description This is a full-time remote Telecaller role. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce Discoverwebsoft’s services, understand client needs, and generate qualified leads.

Daily responsibilities include explaining service offerings, answering queries, updating call records in CRM or tracking tools, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for the sales team. The Telecaller will collaborate closely with marketing and sales colleagues to support campaigns, share feedback from prospects, and help improve scripts and outreach strategies. The role requires consistent communication, professional call handling, and adherence to performance targets while maintaining a positive client experience.

- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and maintain a positive interaction with prospects.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and lead generation skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and the ability to identify opportunities during calls.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate call logs, update CRM systems, and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Candidates should possess digital literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools, online communication platforms, and willingness to learn recent software.
- Relevant experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or call center environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meet daily and weekly targets, and manage time efficiently.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with diverse clients across industries and demonstrating a respectful, inclusive approach in all interactions.
