Role Description The Telecaller Associate role at Rare Commerce is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in Mumbai. In this role, the associate will make outbound calls to engage potential and existing customers, share information about products and offers, and support sales and service objectives. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, following scripts and guidelines, and escalating complex queries to the appropriate teams.

Associate will also collaborate with sales and customer support teams to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction, while consistently meeting individual and team targets.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call tracking systems.
- Sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close calls effectively.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, call center, or customer support roles is an advantage.
- Working laptop/ smartphone and a reliable internet connectivity.
- Bachelor's degree, additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
