Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain EV charging products and services
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Maintain a solid follow-up system to drive conversions
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Proven experience in tele sales or a customer-facing sales role (preferred)
Basic understanding of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure (desirable)
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
