Key Responsibilities

Connect with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email & social media

Understand career goals and recommend suitable career services

Promote Resume, LinkedIn, Interview Preparation, Job Search &

- RM Services

Convert leads into paid customers

Follow up with digital marketing and referral leads

Maintain lead details in CRM

Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets

Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline





Excellent English &

- Hindi communication

Punjabi is an added advantage

Confident in phone/video conversations

Valuable sales, negotiation & follow-up skills

Comfortable with CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace &

- WhatsApp Business

Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply

Sales, HR, recruitment, education or customer service experience preferred
