Marketing & Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Telecaller to promote our products/services, generate leads, communicate with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain products, services, offers, and marketing campaigns.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert potential leads into sales or appointments.
- Follow up with customers regularly to improve conversions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead management.




- Maintain robust and professional customer relationships.
- Prepare regular calling, lead, and sales reports.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
