Job Purpose To coordinate with customers, Shiprocket, and delivery partners to ensure smooth order confirmation, shipment tracking, delivery follow-ups, and resolution of delivery-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation and delivery coordination.
- Communicate with Shiprocket support team regarding shipment and delivery-related issues.
- Track orders through Shiprocket and follow up on shipments that are delayed, held, out for delivery, or facing delivery issues.
- Coordinate with delivery partners regarding delivery attempts, delayed shipments, RTOs, cancellations, and re-deliveries.
- Contact customers for confirmation when required before dispatch/delivery.
- Follow up with customers for COD order confirmation and encourage prepaid payment where applicable, as per company process.
- Handle customer queries related to order status, delivery, payment, and shipment issues professionally.
- Escalate unresolved delivery problems to the concerned team or manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, shipment status, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Update the relevant order/dispatch tracking sheets and reports on time.
- Follow up on RTO and returned shipments and coordinate for appropriate action.
- Communicate professionally with Shiprocket support and other logistics partners.
- Ensure pending customer and shipment follow-ups are completed within the required timeline.
- Share daily updates regarding calls completed,



orders confirmed, pending cases, delivery issues, and resolved cases.

Required Skills
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Hindi communication is an advantage.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate professionally with logistics/support teams.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and follow-ups.
- Willingness to learn Shiprocket and logistics processes.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Qualification
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who are confident on calls, good at follow-ups, patient with customers, and comfortable coordinating with logistics/support teams will be preferred.
