Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Follow up with leads received through advertisements, websites, social media, and other sources.
- Explain project details, including location, specifications, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable properties/projects.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Update customer information, call records, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with sales executives regarding scheduled appointments and site visits.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Preferred Candidate




- Previous experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive in a Builder, Real Estate, or Property Development company is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam; Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and willing to work as part of a sales team.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
