OTY Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telecaller to join our team. We are seeking a confident and energetic individual who can communicate effectively with customers, handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and contribute to business growth through strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments or coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Achieve assigned performance and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service,
or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to perform.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
