Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and maintaining qualified relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and maintain leads through telephone calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller,



Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and MS Office.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to maintain proper follow-up and customer records.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in B2B, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Handling, or Corporate Gifting will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with leads will be an advantage.
