About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Finance & Lending team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining loan/financial products, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in converting potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain loan and financial products clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and credit team for further processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.




- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Candidates with a background in telecalling, sales, banking, or finance will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
