We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our loan products, generating leads, and assisting customers with the loan application and documentation process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application process to customers.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.

- Guide customers in completing the loan application and required documentation.

- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the internal team for further processing of customer applications.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead, and application targets.

- Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.

- Comfortable making outbound calls.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good convincing and follow-up skills.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
