L1 Entry Level Fresher - 1 year Chennai Full Time Any Degree Reports to: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for lead generation and business development support

- Follow up with existing leads and clients as directed by the sales and operations team

- Make outbound calls for candidate sourcing - contact potential candidates for open positions

- Handle inbound enquiries and direct callers to the appropriate team member

- Maintain accurate records of all calls, responses, and outcomes in the company database

- Follow up on quotation submissions, service enquiries, and pending client responses

- Assist the HR team with candidate follow-up calls for recruitment drives

- Coordinate with the sales, HR, and operations teams on call priorities and follow-up schedules

- Prepare daily call reports and share with the reporting manager

- Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive telephone manner at all times

Requirements





- Any degree from a recognised university - freshers are welcome

- Positive verbal communication skills in Tamil and English

- Confident, clear telephone manner and ability to handle rejection positively

- Basic computer literacy - MS Office, email, and data entry

- Organised and disciplined approach to follow-up and record keeping

- Willingness to make high volumes of outbound calls daily

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in tele-calling, telecasting, or customer service

- Experience using CRM software or call management tools

- Knowledge of facility management or HR processes
