Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele Caller role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

The Tele

Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to inform potential and existing customers about insurance products and services.

Responsibilities include explaining policy features, clarifying customer queries, and assisting in basic documentation and follow-up processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate call records, updating customer information in internal systems, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to support policy issuance and renewals.



Tele Callers are expected to meet call and conversion targets while ensuring a professional and courteous customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain insurance products clearly and confidently.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic sales and persuasion skills, with comfort in handling outbound calls and following up on leads.
- Proficiency in using telecalling tools, CRM systems, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Hyderabad Area and manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or insurance sales is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in the Greater Hyderabad Area is beneficial.
