Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Caller to support patients through phone calls for our US-based healthcare operations. The role involves handling patient calls, appointment coordination, follow-ups, and addressing routine healthcare-related queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients.
- Assist patients with appointments, follow-ups, and healthcare services.
- Provide accurate information and address routine patient queries.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate call records and update patient information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow company policies.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.




- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
