Responsibilities

? Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the digital literacy of individuals through standardized tests, observations, and assessments.

? Curriculum Development: Develop/update a digital literacy curriculum that accommodates the unique learning styles and needs of the students.

? Classroom Instruction: Conduct engaging sessions, ensuring that the content is delivered in a way that is accessible and understandable to students.

? Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students who require additional assistance in grasping concepts.

? Adaptation of Materials: Modify educational materials and resources to suit the requirements of students.

? Review: Develop appropriate assessment methods to evaluate students progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.

? Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document students progress. Assist in addressing behavioral difficulties constructively and contribute to fostering a positive and safe classroom environment.





? Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including evaluation reports, progress notes, and reviews.

? Collaboration: Work closely with special education professionals and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate

? BSc Computer Science / or any other equivalent degree in computer science

? 0-1 year of experience as a programmer, technology educator/trainer

? In-depth understanding of computer science and digital literacy concepts.

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students.

? Flexibility to adapt intervention plans based on individual students needs and adjust strategies as necessary.

? Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and prioritize tasks effectively

Positive-to-have Skills

? If you have worked for a non-profit/NGO/start-up before

? If you have prior experience in training in the field of software programming & testing
