Techno-Functional engineer/Application Support Engineer-LOS &

- LMS (Python)

Job Responsibility

- Provide L1 &
- L2 support for LOS, LMS, and related applications.

-  Coordinate with LOS/LMS Software development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments.

- Understand Python-based application logic and assist in debugging and troubleshooting.

- Conduct UAT and verify releases before production deployment.

- Conduct user training on LOS, LMS, and other internal systems and provide ongoing support. Train employees across Sales, Credit, Operations, Finance, and Collections on LOS/LMS.

- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documents.

- Gather business requirements and coordinate with vendors for implementation.

- Monitor application performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Experience

- 3–5 years in NBFC/FinTech.

- Experience working with LOS/LMS vendors or enterprise applications.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
